How to Edit a User

A guide for Enterprise Users responsible for User Management within their organisation who need to edit a user in Felix.

Administrator users with the appropriate permissions can edit any user account as needed.

To edit a user in your Felix organisation

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from the main menu

  2. Locate the user you wish to edit and click on the user's name or select "Edit" from the user list
  3. Make the necessary changes, and click “Update User”
