Deactivating a user account temporarily disables their access to Felix while preserving all their data and settings. This is useful when staff members your organisation or when you need to restrict access for security reasons.

What happens when you deactivate a user

• The user immediately loses access to Felix and cannot log in
• Their account appears as "inactive" in your user list
• All user data, settings, and permissions are preserved in the system
• Any ongoing work or projects remain intact and accessible to other team members
• The account can be easily reactivated at any time

To deactivate a user

1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from the main menu.
2. Locate the user you wish to deactivate, click on the ••• to open the menu and then select “Deactivate”
3. Confirm the action by clicking “Yes, deactivate” in the modal
