Upon contacting the Help Desk, customers will be issued with a ticket identification number which will be used for the life of that specific case and connected with a Support team member best equipped to assist with their issue. Operating Hours The Felix Support team operates 7:00am to 7:00pm (AEST UTC+10:00) Monday to Friday. The Help Desk closes for Australian public holidays. Tickets sent through on these days will be responded to as soon as possible the next business day.
