How to Reactivate User

A guide for Enterprise Users responsible for User Management within their organisation who need to reactivate a user in Felix.

Deactivate user accounts can be reactivated at any time. After reactivation, the user will be able to log into their account again.

To reactivate a user

  1. Navigate to the Settings > User Management from the main menu

  2. Locate the user you wish to deactivate, click on the ••• to open the menu and then select “Reactivate”
