Only Administrator users with the appropriate permissions delete other users in your organisation.

What happens when you delete a user

• The user immediately loses access to Felix and cannot log in
• Their account is permanently deleted from your organization
• All user data, settings, and permissions are completely removed from the system
• The user disappears from your user list and cannot be recovered
• This action cannot be reversed - the user would need a completely new account to regain access
•  All project history and contributions associated with the user may be affected

Alternative to consider

You can deactivate users instead of deleting if you might need to restore access later

• Deactivated accounts preserve all data while preventing login access
• Deactivated users can be easily reactivated without losing any information
  
  

  To delete a user to your Felix organisation

1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from the main menu.
   
   
   
2. Locate the user you wish to delete and click on the user's name or select "Edit" from the user list
3. Click “Delete user”
   
   
   
4. Confirm the action by clicking “Yes, delete”
