When setting up their Felix profile, vendors are required to nominate the services that they are able to provide. A Vendor's service list allows you to view, search, and filter the services that a vendor has made available to your organisation during onboarding.

 

 

Access a Vendor's service list

To access a Vendor's service list:

1. Navigate to Vendors > View all vendors from the main menu.
2. Locate the vendor you would like to access by using the quick search or filters.
3. Click on the Vendor's name or hover over the ⋮ ellipsis icon and select View Profile from the options.
4. Click on the Services tab and select Full Service List from the dropdown menu.

 

TIP: When viewing a vendor's service list, you can quickly find relevant services by searching for a specific term.

 

Export a Vendor's service list

Felix gives you the ability to export a vendor's service list in .csv format.

To export a vendor's service list:

1. Navigate to Vendors > View all vendors from the main menu.
2. Locate the vendor you would like to access by using the quick search or filters.
3. Click on the vendor Name or hover over the ellipsis icon and select View Profile from the options.
4. Click on the Services tab and select Full Service Listing from the dropdown menu.
5. Click the Actions button at the top right corner and select Download Full Service List Data from the dropdown menu.
