Felix allows you to edit a user's email in the event that the user's email has been changed. An administrator user with the necessary permissions can edit a user's email at any time.

Edit a users email

To edit a user's email:

1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from the main menu.
2. Locate the user you wish to update by using the search field.
3. Hover over the ellipsis icon and select View Details from the options.
4. Update the Email field.
5. Click the Update button.

 

NOTE: Organisations using Single Sign-On (SSO) should add users by their Azure AD email address.
