NDA Gated Access

How to Download and Read the NDA Agreements Report

The NDA agreements report is a CSV audit record of every NDA agreement, decline, and manual authorisation on a Sourcing project that has NDA Gated Access enabled. This article explains how an Organisation user with the report-download permission downloads the agreements report from the project's NDA gated access card, and documents every column in the exported CSV, including which values (IP address, user agent, email) are masked for privacy. See the companion articles for enabling NDA Gated Access and for managing it on individual RFQs.

How to Manage NDA Gated Access on an RFQ

NDA Gated Access can require a vendor to acknowledge a non-disclosure agreement before viewing an RFQ under a Sourcing project. This article explains how an Organisation user with edit permission on an RFQ manages NDA Gated Access at the level of that single RFQ: disabling the NDA requirement for the RFQ, manually authorising a vendor invited to the RFQ, tracking each vendor's NDA status in the RFQ's Progress column, and downloading a vendor's signed NDA and acknowledgement. For enabling NDA Gated Access on the project and managing it from Settings, see the companion article NDA-03.

How to Set Up and Manage NDA Gated Access on a Sourcing Project

NDA Gated Access lets an Organisation user require vendors to acknowledge a non-disclosure agreement before those vendors can view any RFQ under a Sourcing project. This article explains how an Organisation user with project Settings access enables NDA Gated Access, uploads and replaces the NDA PDF, previews the NDA as a vendor, reads the agreement activity counters, manually authorises a vendor who signed an NDA offline, responds to a vendor's NDA decline, and turns NDA Gated Access off. For managing NDA Gated Access on an individual RFQ or downloading the CSV agreements report, see the companion articles.
