The NDA agreements report is a CSV audit record of every NDA agreement, decline, and manual authorisation recorded against a Sourcing project. Use it to review who has agreed to, declined, or been manually authorised for a project's NDA, and when. Downloading the report requires a specific permission, separate from the permissions that let an Organisation user set up or manage NDA Gated Access itself.

Prerequisites & Permissions

• NDA Gated Access is enabled for the project, with an active or previously-active NDA document. The NDA gated access card remains visible, and the report stays available, for as long as any agreement, decline, or authorisation exists for the project, even if NDA Gated Access is later turned off.
• Downloading the agreements report requires the Access NDA data permission. An Organisation user without that permission can still see the NDA gated access card and manage gating (enable/upload, replace, preview, manually authorise, disable per RFQ), but does not see the Download agreements report button or text link.

 

Download the Agreements Report (CSV)

The agreements report is a CSV audit record of every NDA agreement, decline, and manual authorisation on the project.

1. On the NDA gated access card, select Download agreements report. The agreements report downloads directly to your browser (it is not emailed) as a text/csv file.
2. The downloaded file is named using the pattern nda_agreements_project-{projectId}_{YYYY-MM-DD}_{HHmm}UTC.csv.

The agreements report contains the following columns, in order:

Column	Notes
Supplier ID	Your organisation's preferred-supplier ID for the Vendor.
Supplier Name	The Vendor's nominated Business Name in Felix.
User Name	The name of the User who responded to the NDA. May show “N/A” for manual-authorisation rows, because no end user signed an NDA for that row.
User Email	Masked as *****@domain.com. May show “N/A” for manual-authorisation rows.
Signer Name	The Signer's Name as written in the Signer Name field by the Vendor User
Signer Title	The Signer's Title as written in the Signer Title field by the Vendor User
Signer Company	The Signer's Company Name as written in the Signer Company field by the Vendor User
Type	“User” or “Guest”; “Manually authorised” for manual-authorisation rows.
NDA Document	The original NDA filename. May show “N/A” for manual-authorisation rows.
Date of agree/decline (UTC)	Formatted “YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss”; in UTC time.
Status	“Agreed Platform NDA”, “Access Authorised”, or “Declined Platform NDA”.
Note	Any note attached to a manual authorisation.
Authorised By	The Organisation user who created a manual-authorisation record.
IP Address	Masked in the export (shown as *****).
User Agent	Masked in the export (shown as *****).

To prevent export of sensitive data, the agreements report masks the IP Address and User Agent columns and masks the email address, for every user regardless of permission. Full IP, user-agent, and email values are still retained in the database and logs for audit; the masking applies only to the exported CSV.

 

Notes on agreements report content:

• The agreements report returns the full record set every time. The agreements report does not accept date-range, type, or supplier-scoping filters (filters may still be applied to the exported document).
• If a vendor declined the NDA and has since been manually authorised, the vendor's prior decline row is suppressed and only the vendor's current Access Authorised row appears.
• If an NDA document was previously active and has since been replaced or removed, agreements made against that prior NDA document still list the prior NDA document's original filename in the NDA Document column.

 

Troubleshooting

Problem	Cause and resolution
I can't see the Download agreements report button.	Downloading the agreements report requires the Access NDA data permission. Ask an administrator to grant the report-download permission.
IP address, user agent, or email show as ***** in the report.	This is expected. The agreements report masks these values for every user to prevent export of sensitive data; full values are retained in the system for audit.
The report doesn't let me filter by date range, type, or supplier.	This is expected. The agreements report returns the full record set every time and does not accept filters.
