A vendor contact details report allows you to view the contact details of all your vendors in one central location. Felix also gives you the ability to search and filter your vendors to compile a report that has been customised to suit your needs.

Vendor contact details reports can be customised to only include vendors of a specific status or registered against a specific panel. You can also search for specific keywords to generate the report.

How to generate a vendor contact details report

To generate a vendor contact details report:

1. Navigate to Reports > Vendor Contact Details from the main menu.
2. (Optional) Use the Quick search field to search for a specific keyword.
3. (Optional) Click the Show Filters button to unfurl the filters menu.
4. (Optional) Update the dropdowns as required and click the Apply Filters button.
5. Click the Actions button at the top right corner.
6. Click Download CSV.

 

NOTE: Your report will be generated as per the filters you have selected. You can generate a report of all vendor contact details by following the steps above without applying any filters.
