The closing time for the tender is determined by the RFQ Owner's timezone. For instance, if the RFQ Owner is located in Australia and sets the closing time to 9 a.m. on the 21st of September, it would be shown as 5 p.m. on the 20th of September in the Canadian timezone.

If you want to align with a different timezone, you would need to extend or adjust the quoting period accordingly.

 

NOTE: Users can set their preferred time zones in their profiles.
