Standardised notifications for compliance documents

We’ve introduced key enhancements to how vendors are notified about expiring compliance documents, to reduce notification fatigue and improve overall engagement.

Character counter in text columns

Available for: Procurement Schedule 

In the Procurement Schedule, long text, short text, and title columns are limited to 255 characters. Previously, this limit wasn’t visible to customers. 

To improve clarity, a character counter now appears once your text reaches 200 characters, helping you track when you’re approaching or have reached the limit.

Enhanced quote coverage visibility in Procurement Schedule 

Available for: Procurement Schedule 

Procurement Schedules offer a centralised view of a project’s procurement plan, with quote coverage often being a key early indicator of progress.  

Previously, the vendor recipient's column showed vendor approval status using colour codes. While helpful in some contexts, many users have requested better visibility into quote response status. 

Now, you can toggle the vendor recipient's column to display: 

• Quote response status colours, or 
• Vendor approval status colours 

This gives you greater flexibility depending on whether you're focusing on project-level quoting activity or vendor compliance.

Optimised row display for easier scanning 

We’ve also made visual improvements to the schedule layout: 

• Choose the row height to see more detail about vendor recipients without needing to expand each package individually. 

These changes are designed to make it easier to scan the schedule and quickly identify packages that may need follow-up – supporting faster, more informed procurement decisions.

Expanded sections for Ad Hoc Questionnaires

We’ve released a small but impactful update to Ad Hoc Questionnaires for vendors.

When vendors open a questionnaire, all sections will now be expanded by default. By displaying all sections up front, we aim to make the experience more intuitive and reduce any confusion.
