Import prioritisation for InEight Document when multiple files are attached

Users of InEight Document will know that the platform allows for multiple files to be attached to the one document – a common example of this is when multiple design drawings (PDFs and/or DWG files) or media output files are used to capture a piece of work for a project.

When importing a document that has multiple files, the Felix - InEight Document integration will now prioritise PDF and DWG files. This allows tendering teams to move quicker, with the integration prioritising the files that vendors most commonly need to receive. New permission control for CSV export of a Vendor List

Available for: Vendor Management

We’ve introduced a new permission to control who can export the Vendor List CSV file. This is helpful in the case of Joint Ventures, as an example, so you can control what users can export this full list. 

Your organisation's Felix Administrator can manage this new permission in the Security Group called Export Vendor List.

The button to export a Vendor List will not appear when a user’s permission has been disabled
