Smarter Eftsure record matching

Available for: Eftsure integration (Vendor Management)

Felix can now automatically check your organisation’s Eftsure account for existing records with matching payment details (BSB and Account number) – before creating any new records in your Eftsure account. This will prevent duplicated records and eliminate unnecessary vendor verifications.

How it works:

• Match found: Users can approve or decline the payment details directly in Felix without creating an Eftsure record. 
• No match found: Payment details are pushed to Eftsure as usual, and Eftsure’s verification process will continue.

Add links for connected systems in the Vendor Summary

Available for: Vendor Management

Within a vendor’s profile, the Vendor Summary tab provides a snapshot of their high-level business details.

You can now add hyperlinks to vendor information that corresponds to records in external systems, making it easier to navigate straight to the source.

Links must start with https:// or http:// to be recognised and styled as hyperlinks.

Surface third-party due diligence insights via tags

Available for: Vendor Management

Felix’s vendor tagging system provides a powerful mechanism for surfacing and organising key vendor insights.

Clients who use third-party due diligence tools – such as Experian, CreditorWatch and Fiable – can take advantage of our pre-built connectors to seamlessly identify data from those external systems into Felix as tags.

By pushing due diligence outputs into Felix as tags, critical risk signals are contextually displayed against a vendor’s record, giving procurement and risk teams instant visibility into the information that matters most.
