Felix allows you to manage mass communications with your vendors by sending messages, limiting the time-consuming activity of messaging individual vendors.

 

View a message

To view a message that has been sent to vendors:

1. Navigate to Tools > Messages from the main menu.
2. Locate the message you wish to view.
3. Click the Subject to view the message content.

 

Understanding messages

The Messages page displays a brief overview of each message. The contents of each column are outlined in the table below.
 

Column Title	Description
Date Sent	This column lists the date that the message was sent to vendors.
Subject	This column displays the subject of the message.
From	This column lists the name of the administrator user who sent the message.
Recipient Panels	This column lists the panel/s that the message was sent to.
Vendor Status	This column displays which vendor status the message was sent to. (e.g. This column will display Suspended if the message was only sent to vendors with a suspended status, or All if it was sent to vendors regardless of their status.)
Recipients	This column lists the number of vendors that the message has been sent to.
