If the organisation you're onboarding for allows their vendors to register themselves on Felix you'll have the option to use a public registration form. Organisations using this feature will provide a link for vendors to follow.
 

NOTE: If you are unsure of the public registration link for the organisation you're wishing to register with please reach out to their team. Felix staff are unable to provide public registration links to vendors at this time.

 

Register as a new vendor

To register as a new vendor with an enterprise organisation on Felix:

1. Visit the public registration link made available by the organisation.
2. Complete all mandatory fields in the General Details section.
3. Complete all mandatory fields in the Contact Details section.
4. Click the Create Account button at the bottom of the page.

 

Register as an existing vendor

To register as an existing vendor with an enterprise organisation on Felix:

1. Visit the public registration link made available by the organisation.
2. Complete all mandatory fields in the General Details section.
3. Enter an Email address matching an existing user account in the Contact Details section.
4. Complete all mandatory fields in the Contact Details section.
5. Click the Create Account button at the bottom of the page.
