If you no longer wish to engage with a vendor, you have the ability to rescind the invitation to work with your organisation.

To remove a vendor:

1. Navigate to Vendors > View all vendors from the main menu.
2. Locate the suspended vendor you wish to reinstate by using the quick search or filters
3. Hover over the ⋮ ellipsis icon and select Delete from the options.
4. Enter a reason for the deletion in the Reason text box provided.
5. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.

 

IMPORTANT: Removing a vendor from your vendor base will delete all progress they have made on their registration for your organisation. If you choose to re-invite the vendor in the future their progress will not be restored.

If you need to restore a previously deleted Vendor including their previous progress, please contact the Support team to request reinstatement.
