When you no longer require a sign-off template you can choose to archive it. Archiving a template still gives you the ability to view and/or restore your old templates should the need arise.

 

Archive a sign-off template

To archive a sign-off template:

1. Navigate to Tools > Sign-off Templates from the main menu.
   
   
   
2. Locate the sign-off template you wish to archive by using the quick search of filters.
3. Hover over the ⋮ ellipsis icon and select Archive from the options.
   
4. Click Archive to confirm.

 

IMPORTANT

Warning: Archiving a template will remove it from all vendors who have not yet submitted their application.

 

View archived sign-off templates

To view an archived sign-off template:

1. Navigate to Tools > Sign-off Templates from the main menu.
   
   
   
2. Click the Actions button at the top right corner.
3. Select Switch to archive from the dropdown menu.
   

 

Restore an archived sign-off template

To restore an archived sign-off template:

1. Navigate to Tools > Sign-off Templates from the main menu.
   
   
   
2. Click the Actions button at the top right corner.
3. Select Switch to archive from the dropdown menu.
   
   
   
4. Locate the archived template you wish to restore.
5. Hover over the ‌ellipsis icon and select Restore from the options.
   
   
   
6. Click Restore to confirm.
