Felix requires vendors to add at least one service to their account per organisation. If your business no longer provides a service it is best to remove it from your Felix account to ensure that your service listing remains accurate.

To remove an existing service:

1. Navigate to Services from the main menu.
2. Locate the service you wish to remove from your account.
3. Hover over the the ‌ellipsis icon.
4. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
5. Click the Yes button to confirm.

 

IMPORTANT

Warning: Deleting a service is a permanent action and will remove any standard rates related to that service for all organisations.
