Before you can view certain details within an RFQ you must first indicate your interest in responding. Until you have indicated your interest in responding to the RFQ you will not be able to access the Response and Documents tabs.

 

Indicate your interest in providing a quote

To indicate your interest in responding to an RFQ:

1. Navigate to Requests for Quotation from the main menu.
2. Locate the RFQ you are interested in quoting by using the quick search or filters.
3. Click on the RFQ Job Name or hover over the ellipsis icon and select View Details from the options. The RFQ will open.
4. Click the Yes, show details button.

Indicate that you are not interested in providing a quote

To indicate that you are not interested in responding to an RFQ:

1. Navigate to Requests for Quotation from the main menu.
2. Locate the RFQ you would like to decline by using the quick search or filters.
3. Click on the RFQ Job Name or hover over the ellipsis icon and select View Details from the options. The RFQ will open.
4. Click the No, decline RFQ button.
5. Enter a reason for declining to respond.

 

NOTES:

• If you click the No, Decline RFQ button, the RFQ process will end and you will not be able to submit a quote.
• Declining an RFQ will not send a notification to the RFQ owner.
