It is possible to check for updates available for Aconex documents within an RFQ.

To check for updates to documents in Aconex:

1. Navigate to Projects > Requests for Quotation from the main menu.
2. Locate the RFQ that you would like to check for document updates by using the quick search or filters.
3. Click on the RFQ Job Name or hover over the ‌ellipsis icon and select View Details from the options.
4. Go to the Documents tab.
5. Click the Check for Updates button.
6. You will see a red exclamation icon beside a document name and hovering it will let you know if there is a new version of the document available.
