Felix allows you to upload a custom logo for your organisation portal. This allows you to personalise Felix with your organisation's branding. You also have the ability to upload a separate logo that will be visible to vendors when they are issued an RFQ.

To upload a logo for your organisation:

1. Navigate to Settings > General from the main menu
2. Go to the Logos section.
3. Select the relevant type of logo you want to upload a file to, Site Logo, Request for Quotation Logo Image or both.
4. Click the Upload a file button.
5. Select the relevant file or logo you want to upload from your computer.
6. Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to save.

 

Note: The site logo will be visible to staff users from your organisation at the top left corner of the screen whilst logged in to Felix.
