Felix gives you the ability to add notes and set callback reminders inside an RFQ. Notes that have been added to an RFQ will not be visible to the organisation and are designed to help you track any additional information related to the RFQ.

To add a note to an RFQ:

1. Navigate to Requests for Quotation from the main menu.
2. Locate the RFQ you wish to add a note to by using the quick search or filters.
3. Click on the RFQ Job Name or hover over the ellipsis icon and select View Details from the options. The RFQ will open.
4. Go to the Notes tab.
5. Enter your note in the text box provided.
6. Under Callback Date section, select from the following options:
   • Set a callback date - Select this if you would like to set a callback reminder and indicate the reminder date in the field provided.
   • No further action required - Select this ff you do not wish to set a callback reminder.
7. Click the Save button.

 

Tip: If you have set a callback reminder for an RFQ an icon will be displayed in the Callback column, beside the relevant RFQ in your RFQ list.
