Projects allow you to organizs your sourcing activities inside Felix. They contain folders to store your Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and project documents. You can also use custom layouts and permissions.

 

Who can use this feature?: Projects are an optional feature for premium and enterprise Felix organisations. If you wish to enable this feature for your organisation reach out to our friendly team for more information.

Folders

Within your project, create folders to store your sourcing events (RFQs). You can structure folders in various ways. Use them to divide the project into multiple zones and regions or have a single folder. You must have at least one folder within your project to create sourcing events.

 

Layouts

Each project allows you to configure a custom template for the layout of information on the creation and detail screens. If you do not create a template, the default template will be applied to the project.
