More clarity provided to vendors when they are invited to register in Felix

When you invite a vendor to Felix, the platform automatically sends an email asking that vendor to start the registration process.

We’ve updated this email invitation to provide vendors with more clear and concise information to ensure a smooth registration experience.

These updates include:   

• Contact details: The email lists the contact details of the person who has invited the vendor, so vendors know who to reach out to if they have questions during registration or queries about the invite. 
• Step-by-step instructions: Vendors receive clear instructions on how to set up their Felix account.
• Helpful information: We’ve provided further details to help vendors understand your organisation’s relationship with Felix, and what to do if they need to change the contact email address or add new users. 

These changes are also reflected in Felix’s reminder emails, which prompt the vendor that their registration is still outstanding.
