The vendor list is a central location where you can view, filter, search and sort your vendors based on the criteria you set.

How to access the vendor list

Navigate to Vendors > View all vendors from the main menu to access the vendor list.

You can use basic and advanced filters to help locate specific vendor profiles or create custom views so that you can quickly find the information you require.

Searching the vendor list

1. Select the relevant search type you would like to perform from the dropdown menu beside the Quick Search field.
2. Enter the relevant details in the field provided and click Search.
3. Click the Show Filters button to further narrow down your search.
4. Use the dropdown menus to select the relevant filters you would like in your search.
5. Use the Columns dropdown menu to select the columns you would like to include in your search.
6. To remove a filter, click the X icon beside the filter name.

Using custom views

Felix allows you to customise the vendor list to sort your results and only display information that you deem as relevant.

Clicking the Columns dropdown menu allows you to select which columns are displayed as part of your vendor list. You can use the checkboxes in this dropdown menu to select which columns you would like displayed.
