When submitting a contract deviation request, you may wish to correspond with the organisation. Felix gives you the ability to correspond with organisations from directly inside your contract deviation request.

To send correspondence to an organisation about a contract deviation request:

1. Navigate to the relevant RFQ.
2. Click on the Contract Deviation Management tab inside the RFQ.
3. Locate the clause/deviation request that you would like to send correspondence about.
4. Click the Details button beside the relevant clause.
5. Locate the Previous Correspondence section.
6. Enter your message in the field provided.
7. Click the Send button.
