You can configure the settings of some columns in the procurement schedule to reflect the data in your own definition of Budget, Target, and Awarded in the Summary dashboard.

 

Columns with Advanced Settings

The following column types have Advanced Settings option to display in the Summary dashboard:

• Number
• Currency
• Calculation
• Lookup

 

Displaying a column in the Summary dashboard

To display a column in the Summary dashboard:

1. Click the Summary link beside the search bar.
2. In the procurement schedule, click the small down arrow in the column name.
3. Click Advanced Settings.
4. Click the Display in summary as checkbox.
5. A dropdown field will appear for you to select the Variable name for the column to be displayed in the Summary dashboard.
6. Click the Save button.
