You can send and generate a report of expiring compliance documents for your contracted vendors in Felix to notify them of their expiring compliance documents.

Who can use this feature?: Users will need the Contract Management permissions to enable this setting.

Expiring Compliance Document Notifications for Contracted Vendors

To enable the compliance document notifications:

1. Navigate to Settings > Contract Settings from the main menu.
2. Go to Compliance Document Notifications section.
3. Click the Send report of expiring compliance documents for contracted vendors checkbox.
4. In the Frequency section:

   • Indicate the number of days as to how often the report should be sent.

   • Specify the number of days for which you would like to include documents that will expire within the next x days.

     

5. In the Recipients section, select from the options as to whom or where you would like to send the report either to Contract owners, to a Shared mailbox or both.
   
6. In the Settings section, you can modify the report by selecting from the following options:
   • Exclude Contract Types
   • Exclude Contract Statuses
   • Include optional compliance documents in reminders - This will include optional and mandatory documents in the expiring documents report.
