How to Acknowledge an NDA or Request a Custom NDA to Unlock an RFQ

When a client organisation has applied NDA gated access to a project in Felix, every invited vendor sees an NDA acknowledgement page instead of the RFQ until someone at the vendor company acknowledges the NDA electronically. On the NDA acknowledgement page a vendor user or guest reads the NDA, confirms their name, job title, and company, ticks each acknowledgement statement, and clicks Agree and proceed to unlock the RFQ and receive an emailed acknowledgement certificate. A vendor who cannot accept the NDA as written can click Request custom NDA to notify the RFQ owner and negotiate offline, or click Forward on to send the NDA to a colleague or external adviser authorised to accept it on the company's behalf.
